Hotel concept · Pilot at Park Hotel

Conference rooms. Full restaurants.
Six weapons that turn an experience into real revenue.

Room nights are the small slice. The big revenue lives in conference bookings, breakfast, lunch, dinner and after-work drinks. On May 12, 2026 we ran Operation Mindfall at Park Hotel Södertälje — 50 guests stayed for all of it. This page makes the case for what happens when a 240-hotel chain activates the same machinery across its calendar. We've worked with interactive storytelling games and platform development since 2015.

You already know these problems. We brought a weapon for each.

Lost room rental + F&B + AW revenue
Differentiated experience offer — bookers choose you
Tedious conference energizers
Bored attendees, weak NPS, no rebooking

Empty conference rooms mid-week
Highest-margin space sitting idle Tue–Thu
Mystery & Music Live packages fill the slot
Mid-week hotel-room occupancy gaps
Empty rooms Tue–Thu
Mystery Weekend packages (2-night)
Bad weather kills the outdoor program
Cancelled events, refunds, NPS hit
Every weapon ships with an indoor + outdoor mode
Slow, lagging NPS measurement

The Six Weapons

Six products, one platform.

Each one is live in the Jorocon Studio today. Each one is configurable per property — Park Hotel as the pilot, any sister hotel next, the whole chain by Q4.

Indoor + outdoor

Weatherproof — every weapon ships with an indoor and an outdoor mode. The conference booker never has to worry about rain.

50 ready-made formats

Music Live alone comes with 50 done-for-you setups — 80s, 90s, decade-by-decade, genre, brand soundtrack. Pick, launch, host.

Whitelabel per property

Logos, colors, voice, story — every property runs the same platform with its own face.

01
Escape-package · 75–90 min · 1400 pts

Park Hotel Mystery

A story-driven adventure built specifically for Park Hotel. AR-scanned emblems, GPS-locked stops in Stadsparken, six interactive puzzle locks. Local archive weaves a 1923 vanishing, a 1974 thread and a present-day finale. Runs as an outdoor city-walk in good weather, an indoor hotel-tour version when it rains — same story, no cancellations. Replicable per property with local history.

Pilot ready for Q3 2026 launch. Already imported in Studio as draft.
02
Kahoot-style · 20–500 players · 5–30 min

LiveQuiz for Conferences

Production-ready. Tested in 50+ events.
03

Consensus / Engagement Quiz

Workshop participants weigh in on questions and see live agreement/disagreement maps. Premium feedback layer the conference manager can charge for separately. Workshop facilitator gets data live, not weeks after.

Production-ready. Includes Realtime sync.
04

Instant Guest Surveys

Push a survey link to guests during or right after their event. Watch NPS aggregate in real time on a dashboard. Property manager has actionable insight before the bus leaves the parking lot.

Production-ready. Anonymous or named.
05
New-hire & guest welcome · 30–60 min

Brand Quest / Onboarding

The Economics

The chain doesn't pay us.
Conference clients do.

Room nights are the small slice. The real money walks in with the conference booker — who books the conference room, pays for breakfast, lunch, dinner and the AW that follows, and often the rooms for the night. The hotel doesn't buy a license. The corporate client who books the event pays for the experience. The chain keeps F&B, room rental, hotel rooms, and the repeat bookings. Jorocon takes the experience fee.

What the chain contributes is the venue and the partnership — emblem access for AR markers, physical placement of QR codes, optional internal marketing. No hardware, no software fee, no team to train.

How a property-anchored story works

The hotel itself becomes the game.

The most powerful pitch is the one written into the building. For Park Hotel Södertälje we built a 90-minute escape adventure anchored in real local history: a 1923 vanishing at the then-destination spa, a 1974 thread that crosses paths with the hotel's present-day owner, and a finale that lands the brand without ever feeling like a brand exercise.

This is the model we replicate per property — local history, local archive, six puzzle locks tied to physical sites the guests can walk through. The story becomes the differentiator the conference booker remembers when they pick a venue.

The game is the story. The story is the pitch. The pitch is the booking.

"The hotel didn't just host the experience. The hotel was the experience."
— Conference booker, post-pilot debrief

Let's pilot Park Hotel together.

Co-invested pilot. The chain covers venue, marketing, and emblem access. Jorocon covers platform, content, operations, and equipment. We launch in Q3 2026, measure conference revenue and room nights, and decide chain rollout together.
