What counts as an "event"?
Each time you start a live session — a quiz night, a team-building game, a public survey. Self-service plays (guests scan an AR image at home without you hosting) also count, but the cap is generous.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
If you haven't picked a plan, the account becomes read-only — you can sign in and see your games and participant data, but not start new events. Nothing disappears and you can activate a plan anytime.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrades activate immediately, downgrades at the next billing cycle. Pro-rata is handled by Stripe.
How does Enterprise work with multiple hotels?
You get a parent organisation and can add hotels as units underneath. Each hotel has its own branding and staff access — but shares the same chain library. The Stripe invoice updates automatically as you add or remove units.
